I have known Ruth for a long time, but by the time I decided to buy my house, Ruth had already moved to another state, and continued her real estate business there. Even being there she helped me with my search, but when I chose the property she referred me to an agent here in CA, but from the beginning to the end of the transaction she was helping me with any of my questions. Now Ruth is back in CA, and any concern I have about real estate she is the one I will be calling.
